Bale graduated from the University of Northumbria (Newcastle, UK) in 1998 and gained initial property surveying (estate management) experience with Knight Frank Botswana. This experience comprised analysis, appraisal, acquisition, sale and management, development, investment, and commercial agency.

From 2004 until 2007, he ventured into strategic management of property facilities in support of academic excellence at the University of Botswana. This also involved benchmarking for the development of new facilities with leading institutions in Southern Africa and elsewhere. In the last 14 years, Bale focused purely on wealth creation for clients through property asset management and development, both in the listed and unlisted environments.

In 2012, Bale was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Khumo Property Asset Management with the responsibility of overseeing a property portfolio of around P5 billion as well as playing a key role in P900 million worth of new property developments at Khumo.

During his graduate studies, Bale won the Hall & Partners Award in the United Kingdom for winning a project involving a multidisciplinary appraisal of the Portland Towers Development in Newcastle.

Bale is currently a Real Estate Sector Chairperson at Business Botswana and director in a number of companies.
