He further said “The Botswana property market has visibly reached a satisfactory level of growth that has now allowed Khumo to consolidate, embellish, and unleash its skills capacity to the market. We have in fact been a pioneering presence in this area, long before many of the now listed property entities came to being.”
Mr Bale concluded by highlighting that his firm is widening its reach to provide a service that is needed in the current market conditions.

Onkabetse Moarabi, the Asset Manager, is a CFA charter-holder with a Bachelor Honors in Accounting and Finance. His experience spans from finance and investments, having previously worked as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, and most recently as an Investment Consultant for institutional clients.
Richard Wiedemann, also an Asset Manager, has over 25 years in various sectors including property management, property asset management, property development and specialist retail property management. He has worked on various projects and was among others recognized for the redevelopment leasing deals of Nelson Mandela Square with Liberty Properties in South Africa.
The team includes Property Investment Analyst; Gadzani Tema. Gadzani has built a career in real estate spanning over 14 years, and has worked in property management, valuation and served as a Project team member in numerous property development projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and an MBA, is currently pursuing a RICS Charter and an MSC in Real Estate Investment at Oxford Brookes University.
