Key Responsibilities:

As a valuable member of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications  Manager to ensure the smooth execution of marketing and communication initiatives, including:

  • Assisting with the execution and logistics of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Coordinating with service providers and internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Drafting and editing content for social media, newsletters, and internal communications, aligned with our brand voice.
  • Supporting digital marketing efforts, including scheduling posts and monitoring audience engagement.
  • Assisting in brand activations, tenant and community engagement initiatives.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude aligned with our values.
