We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Manager to join our executive leadership team.  As one of the most senior roles in the organisation, this strategic position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will take full accountability for the Finance function and provide strategic direction and oversight across Administration and Human Resources.

 

Core areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading and managing the finance team, ensuring sound financial planning, accurate reporting, and compliance.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and strategic insights at Board level.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across the business.
  • Overseeing administrative operations, ensuring effective systems and processes across functions.
  • Strategic oversight of risk and compliance within functional areas, ensuring that internal controls, governance processes, and mitigation strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with organisational risk frameworks.
  • Providing strategic HR oversight, working closely with the HR Business Partner on workforce planning, policy alignment, and compliance.
  • Contributing to overall organisational strategy, planning, and execution as a member of the executive team.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated strategic management capability, with a track record of contributing to business growth and sustainability.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and commercial insight.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and professionalism to engage at Board and stakeholder level.
  • Previous exposure to HR or business administration functions will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in the Property or Investment and Asset management sector will be beneficial.
