1.RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The Risk and Compliance Officer will take responsibility for assisting the Group Risk and Compliance Manager in the development and implementation of the operational risk framework and enforcing the organisation’s compliance programme.
Key Responsibilities
-
Implementing risk management strategies through facilitating risk assessment workshops, measuring risk exposures, developing a risk register, monitoring controls and reporting issues.

Facilitating the availability of Business Continuity Management plans.
-
Establishing a sound compliance management culture through awareness campaigns and training, building effective relationships with various stakeholders, monitoring compliance risks and reporting issues to management and the executive.

Executing the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Programme.

Acting as Cluster Information Officer by ensuring compliance with Data Management and Data Protection Laws, including researching and maintaining expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments.

Assisting with periodic and ongoing risk management projects.

Ensure effective and timely reporting of risk management information to the Management team and Board
-
Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Management, or Business from a recognised institution and a professional certificate in Risk Management and/or Regulatory Compliance Management;

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services sector;

Proven skills and experience in audit techniques, operational and regulatory risks identification and assessment and the ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls;

Knowledge of relevant legislations and regulations governing the organization and;

A strong sense of accountability and responsibility with focus on performance and delivery.
2. PROPERTY MANAGER
The Property Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success and appeal of properties under their portfolio. By overseeing daily operations, they guarantee that each property stays well-maintained, achieves occupancy and financial goals, and adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. This position excels in fostering positive tenant relations, leading a resolute property staff, and collaborating with colleagues, trusted vendors, contractors, and professionals to enhance the quality and value of properties under our management. The Property Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to ensure the elevation of the profile of properties under their management as well the effective budget and expense control to ensure a positive return on investment and a thriving property.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, or a related field as well as a Real Estate Management Professional Qualification.

At least five (5) years’ experience working in an associated position, or a similar position involving commercial or retail property.

Strong knowledge of property management risk and compliance management framework and regulations.

Proven experience in property management business practices; leasing and tenant management.
-
Knowledge and experience in procurement management; participation in tendering/adjudication processes.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
-
Excellent communication skills focusing on customer service, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
